BOSE® Factory Stores
BOSE® factory outlets complement our highly committed UK dealer network by allowing us to display a large range of established BOSE® Hi-Fi products in a dedicated BOSE® environment. The stores offer customers an opportunity to experience BOSE® sound in a variety of settings, including a 20-seat theatre, and provide a retail outlet for 'factory-renewed' or 'end-of-line' products. 'Factory-renewed' products have previously been sold or displayed by one of our dealers or by our Direct Sales division, and have been returned to us for a variety of reasons. Once they have been thoroughly checked, repaired if necessary, and repackaged, they are issued with a full warranty and sold through the factory outlets. 
The first BOSE® factory outlet opened at Cheshire Oaks, just outside Chester, in 2000, since then we have opened a further six stores on premium outlet centres throughout England and Northern Ireland.
