Can I play music from a digital music player other than an iPhone/iPod?
Yes. Although designed for use with an iPhone/iPod, the SoundDock® Series II system also features an auxiliary input to attach other audio devices. You can enjoy the same audio performance from another MP3 player, a portable CD player or music phone.
Does the SoundDock® Series II system use batteries?
No. The system uses AC power from a wall outlet.
Which iPhone/iPod models are compatible with the SoundDock® Series II system?
The SoundDock® Series II system works with many iPhone and iPod models. It requires an Apple Lightning to 30-pin adapter for use with iPhone and iPod models with an Apple Lightning connector, such as iPhone 5.
