The LIFESTYLE® 18 DVD home entertainment system has all you need to enjoy exhilarating music and film sound. It features several innovations found in our premium LIFESTYLE® DVD system, including the ADAPTiQ® audio calibration system, a system that customises sound to the size and shape of your room, and BOSE® link, which allows you to expand your LIFESTYLE® system into as many as 14 additional rooms. Five 7.8cm cube speakers deliver 5.1-channel surround sound suitable for smaller rooms.

Elegance and simplicity

The trim and elegant media centre enhances - instead of dominating - your décor. It contains much of the proprietary technology behind the performance of this revolutionary system. It also includes an integrated DVD/CD player that provides playback of the most popular audio and video content, including DVD, DVD-R, CD, CD-R, CD-RW and MP3 CDs, as well as an AM/FM tuner with RDS and50 presets. Inputs for up to three additional media players broaden its capabilities. It also contains VIDEOSTAGE® 5 decoding circuitry that brings a 5.1-channel experience to practically everything you watch, even older VHS tapes and mono TV programmes.

These VIRTUALLY INVISIBLE® cube speakers rival the performance of many larger speakers. And the ACOUSTIMASS® module - now 30% smaller than the previous model - reproduces deep, resonant low notes while stationed inconspicuously almost anywhere in your room.

You can enjoy your choice of two audio sources anywhere in the house, with local control of volume and mute. You can watch a DVD in the main room, while the kids listen to their favourite music upstairs.
