Why don’t we sell this product online?

We want to make sure that you get the best support and advice before purchasing a BOSE® product. Although we’re confident that selling online is a great way to let you purchase and experience many of our products (you’ll notice that if we sell online we always offer a 30-day money back guarantee), we believe that personal service is best when it comes to some of our larger and more advanced products and systems.

Our dealers can demonstrate a range of our systems and loudspeakers, and can provide everything from simple advice and after-sales support through to bespoke multi-room design and installation service (installation service offered by most dealers). Need some help choosing the right system for you and your family? Want to know how one of our LIFESTYLE® systems will connect to your TV and satellite box? Your local authorised Bose dealer will be happy to help.

In addition to our authorised dealers, we have a limited number of ‘Centres of Excellence’ located around the UK. These stores guarantee you great service, trained staff, the widest range of our products and easy parking. Make sure you visit one if you can.

What if you see our products for sale online on another website?

Be aware that the internet is not always a safe place to shop. You should always verify that an online seller is authorised to sell BOSE® products; if you are in any doubt please contact us. Many of our products are not sold online in the UK for the reasons outlined above; specifically our Music and Home Cinema systems/speakers.
