This promotional offer is being run by Bose GmbH, Max-Planck-Str. 36, 61381 Friedrichsdorf, Germany, registration number HRB 1700 (AG Bad Homburg v. d. H.) (hereinafter referred to as “Bose”).
Customers who, between 24 November and 15 December 2022, spend at least £100 in a single transaction on the purchase of one or more products on www.bose.co.uk will receive a discount of £15 or more (as per the table below) which they can use on a future purchase on www.bose.co.uk from 1 April to 30 April 2023.
The amount of the discount increases with every £100 spent (as part of the same transaction), up to a maximum discount value of £150, as follows:

The discount will be provided in the form of a discount code which will be sent via email to the email address used by the customer when making the qualifying purchase.
The discount code will be sent after the 90-day return period has expired in relation to the qualifying purchase, provided that the qualifying purchase has not been returned during that time. If only part of the qualifying purchase is returned (i.e. if some products are returned but not others) and the remaining part of the purchase is still eligible for a discount (as per the above table), Bose will provide a discount code for the corresponding lesser amount.
Discount codes received as part of this promotion can only be redeemed between 1 April and 30 April 2023, by making another purchase on www.bose.co.uk and entering the discount code at checkout. The purchase to which the discount is to be applied must be at full retail price; the discount cannot be applied to any items which are on sale or combined with other offers. Discount codes not used on or before 30 April 2023 will become invalid.
Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively (e.g. to the qualifying purchase or to any other previous purchase). Each discount code can be redeemed only once, and only one discount code can be redeemed per transaction. If the full value of the discount code is not used on that transaction, the balance will be forfeited. Discount codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
