The Google Assistant is not working.

Make sure you have the Google Assistant app installed on your device. Most Android devices already have it installed, but iOS devices need to have it installed manually. If necessary, download the Google Assistant app from Google Play or the App Store. When you connect your headphones to your device, you should get a notification to set up the Google Assistant. Follow the instructions to add your headphones to your Google Assistant.

Note: The Google Assistant isn’t available in all languages and countries.

If pressing the Voice Assistant button is not activating the Google Assistant correctly, here are a few things you can try:

Make sure the Voice Assistant button is set to the Google Assistant. In the Bose Music app, select Settings > Voice Assistant > Google Assistant. You may also have to tap “Setup & Settings” to finish setting up your headphones with the Google Assistant app

Reboot your device

Connect your mobile device to Wi-Fi®

Disconnect Bluetooth® and reconnect

Clear the Bluetooth device list from your headphones by holding the Power/Bluetooth button for ten seconds. You should hear "Device list cleared" from the headphones. In your device, go into Bluetooth settings and remove the headphones. Reconnect the headphones to your device.
