Why won't my disc play?

  • Acoustic Wave® music system 5-CD changer
  • Acoustic Wave® music system II 5-CD changer
  • The issue could be specific to that disc — it may be either damaged or incompatible with your system. Try another disc
  • Make sure the disc is loaded properly. The disc may be loaded improperly. Load the disc label side up. If there is no label, try both sides
  • Try a reset. Turn off your system and unplug from power for 60 seconds. Once reconnected to power, try the disc again
