Serial number location
Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).

When your product is connected to a mobile device, you can view the serial number in the Bose Connect app. In the app, select your product and tap Product Details to view product info, including the serial number.
The four-digit DOM (Date of Manufacture) code is located on the left earbud. Remove the eartip to see it. It is a combination of letters and numbers.
