Connecting to power

Find out how to safely connect your product to a power source.

Attach the power cord.

The power cord is detachable. To attach the power cord, follow these steps:
  1. Plug the power cord into the USB connector on the charging cradle or speaker
  2. Plug the other end of the power cord into the power supply
  3. Unfold the prongs from the power supply body
  4. Connect the power supply to a working outlet
“bee-boop” (“up”) tones are emitted from the left speaker to confirm connection to AC power, and charging begins.
