Entering or exiting battery protection mode

Your product is equppied with battery protection mode which preserves battery power when the system is unplugged and unused for a certain amount of time. We'll show you how it works and how to take it out of battery protection mode.

To wake Sleepbuds that are in battery protection mode:

If your Sleepbuds are left in the charging case when the case battery is completely depleted, the Sleepbuds go into a protection mode to preserve the batteries. To exit this mode:
 
  1. Connect the charging case to power
  2. Remove and reconnect your Sleepbuds in the case, then close the case
  3. Open the case, wait for the Sleepbuds charging lights to slowly blink white, then close the case
  4. Open the case, wait again for the Sleepbuds charging lights to slowly blink white, then remove them from the case.
