Understanding LED indicator status lights and information

Find out what the LED indicator light on your product tells you about the status of your product.

Status lights

Power light - Shows the battery, charging, speaker device list, and error status

Light Activity	System State
Solid white	Battery level 20 – 100%
Solid white while connected to power	Fully charged.
Solid amber	Powered off and charging.
Blinks white	Battery level 1 – 19%.
Slowly blinks white	Powered on and charging
Blinks white 2 times	Device list cleared.
Quickly blinks amber (3 seconds) when the Power button is pressed	Battery level too low to power on.
Quickly blinks amber while connected to power	Battery error - disconnect the USB cable from the speaker. If the speaker has been exposed to high or low temperatures, let it return to room temperature and then try charging again.
Quickly blinks white 3 times	Restore complete
