Adjusting the tone controls on your product

You can use the audio equalization controls of your product to adjust the sound quality to your liking. Learn how to access the available EQ settings.

Adjust the EQ (equialization) on the power stand or on the connected audio source (if applicable):

  • If connected to Channel 1 on the power stand, use the Treble and Bass controls to adjust the amount of bass or treble for the channel. (Tip: Channel 1 is optimized for connecting a vocal microphone) 
  • If connected to Channel 2 on the power stand, push the ToneMatch switch toward the Guitar icon to apply EQ that is optimized for an acoustic guitar. If not connecting an acoustic guitar, push the ToneMatch switch toward Line Level
  • If a mixer or other source with tone controls is connected to Channel 2 on the power stand, push the ToneMatch switch toward Line Level. Then, use the EQ controls on the mixer or connected source to adjust the tone
