Quiet, intermittent or poor sound quality from one speaker

If one of the speakers in your product cuts in and out, is of low volume or produces poor sound quality, try the following:

Check that the eartips and wax guards on both hearing aids are free of debris.

If earwax or debris has built up on the ear tips or wax guards, sound quality can be affected. Use the cleaning brush for your product or a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the ear tips and wax guards. When necessary, both can be replaced. For more info, see Changing ear tips and Replacing the wax guards.

Check the Ear Balance control in the app.

You can turn up or down the volume in either ear using the app. For more info, see Adjusting Ear Balance.
