Buttons on product do not work or work intermittently
If you push the buttons on your product but they do not respond or do not control you product as expected, try the following:
If you are using a Bluetooth speaker with a TV, contact the TV manufacturer regarding the control of connected Bluetooth devices.
Not all TVs have the capability to control a connected Bluetooth device. A TV with the capability would need have the Bluetooth Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP). If the TV does not have this feature, volume button functionality is not likely to change the volume level using standard Bluetooth speaker functionality.
Some TVs can adjust the volume level heard through another device by varying the audio level sent to a connected device, but this is not common as multiple volume controls can cause low or poor quality sound.

Avoid holding the Power button while powering on or off your product.
To turn on or off your product, quickly press and release the Power button. Holding the Power button, even just briefly, checks the battery charge level, which wil not power on or off your product.
Be sure your product is within 33 feet (10 meters) of the Bluetooth device.
This range can be reduced by obstacles (e.g. walls, doors, appliances, other wireless devices, etc.). Try moving the device and product closer together.
Reset your product.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more info, see Resetting your product.
Remove the Bose product from the memory of the Bluetooth device, then reconnect it.
In the Bluetooth menu of the device connected to your Bose product, find the list of previously connected products. Remove your product from the list, then reconnect it to the device. For more information, see Connecting a Bluetooth device.
Try connecting a different audio device.
If available, connect another audio device using the same cables and connections to determine if the issue is related to the first device or its settings.
Update your product.
Updating the product may resolve operating or performance issues. For information on updating the product, see Updating the software or firmware of your product.
Your product may need service.
