Resetting your product
A reset can reboot your product or it can clear all product settings and return your product to its original out-of-box state. Find out which option is available to reset your product.
Reset your Acoustic Wave Music System II.
- Power off your system.
- Disconnect the power cord from the system or power outlet.
- If a Bose accessory is connected (i.e. Bluetooth adapter or disc changer), disconnect power from it as well.
Note: Some accessories are powered by the system and do not have a power connection to disconnect.
- Wait 1 minute, then reconnect power.
- Wait until "PLEASE WAIT" disappears from the system display, resume normal use.
