Resetting your product
A reset can reboot your product or it can clear locally-stored product settings, such as paired device lists. Find out which option is available to reset your product.
Consider resetting the system to which the adapter is connected.
In some cases, you might also need to reset the system connected to the adapter. For more info, select the system your adapter is connected to from the list below.

Do you want to reset the adapter or restore factory settings?
- Reset: A reset corrects minor processors errors. Unless indicated otherwise, product settings are not lost during a reset.
- Restore factory settings: This resets your product to its factory default configuration. Unless indicated otherwise, all settings are cleared and reverted to their original out-of-box state. After, your product can be configured as if it were being setup for the first time.
