Sound of own voice is too loud or too quiet
Wearing a product in your ears can affect how you hear your own voice while talking. If your voice sounds too loud, quiet or muffled when talking while using your product, try the following:
Try both the closed and open ear tips.
Your product includes two styles of ear tips: closed and open. Both have different sound properties, which affect how you hear your own voice and sound around you.
- Closed ear tips let you hear a fuller bass response and perform better at high World Volume settings
- Open ear tips let you hear your own voice more naturally
