Touch control not working
If the earbuds don’t respond to touch control, please try the following:
Go to BTU.bose.com and update the product via computer
- Connect the product to a computer using a USB cable
- Go to BTU.bose.com
- Even if it says your product is up to date, click "Update Now." There is no harm in updating again. This will ensure both earbuds have the newest firmware version.
Reset your product.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more info, see Resetting your product.
Check for and install any available product updates.
On a computer, visit btu.bose.com and follow the instructions to ensure your product has the latest features and enhancements. See Updating the software or firmware of your product.
Be sure your product is within 33 feet (10 meters) of the Bluetooth device.
This range can be reduced by obstacles (e.g. walls, doors, appliances, wireless devices, etc.). Try moving the device and product closer together.
