Deleting a My Bose account
If you wish to close your My Bose account, you can do so from within the Bose app. Closing your account will delete your entire My Bose account. You will not be able to access any Bose services or applications where you've signed into that account. This will also close accounts associated with the SoundTouch app and the Bose Connect app. Features of Bose smart products that require an account in the Bose app will also be lost.
Close your My Bose account from the Bose app.
- Open the Bose app.
- In the upper-right corner, tap the My Account icon.
- Under "My Bose," tap Email.
- At the bottom in red, tap "Delete Account."
