Poor, low or no sound from your speaker
If you're experiencing poor, low, or no sound from your speaker, try the following:
Be sure your product is within 33 feet (10 meters) of the Bluetooth device.
Check the EQ settings of your product.
Make sure it’s not set in a way that unbalances the bass, midrange, or treble. For more details, see Adjusting the Tone Controls on Your Product.
Try different media, apps, or devices.
Play audio from a different app, media source, or personal device (such as a phone, tablet, or computer) to determine if the issue is related to a specific source. If the issue is with a particular source or device, check its settings.
Reset your product.
Reboot your personal device.
Restart your device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) by turning it off for 30 seconds and then turning it back on to fix any temporary Bluetooth or audio issues.
Check for and install any available product updates.
Restore the factory settings of your speaker.
Factory reset clears connected devices and language settings from the speaker and returns it to the original factory settings(including Equaliser and Custom Shortcut).
- Press and hold the Volume up button + and Volume down button - for 15 seconds until the Power light quickly blinks white for 3 seconds
The speaker powers off. - Press the Power button

The Power light glows according to the battery level. The Bluetooth light slowly blinks blue, and you hear “Ready to connect.”
