Short battery life

If the battery charge level drains at a faster rate than expected, try the following:

Make sure to charge earbuds before use

The battery will drain if the earbuds are not used or on the charging base. This could happen upon first use or if the product has not been used or charged in a while. For best performance and longevity, charge your earbuds when not in use.

IMPORTANT: The earbuds' battery drains when stored in the carry case and not in use. For best results, ALWAYS charge your earbuds when not in use.

Make sure the earbuds are on the charging base correctly when charging

The direction of the earbuds must match the diagram on the charging base.
  1. Look for the L and R markings to ensure you place the correct earbud on the correct side.

  2. The earbuds will magnetically snap into place.

  3. The status lights will blink white to indicate that they are charging and will glow solid white when fully charged.

IMPORTANT
  • If the earbuds are not placed on the charging base correctly, they will not charge

    Correct Incorrect
  • If the status lights blinks blue, the earbuds are not on correctly and they will not charge
  • If you are playing music and place the buds on the charging base, the music should stop. If the music continues playing, the earbuds are not on the charger correctly and will not charge
