Replacing the headband cushion on your headset
The headset headband pad (that sits atop your head while in use) is replaceable since it is a wearable item that can wear down with time or certain conditions (i.e. temperature, improper storage, accidental damage, etc.). Find out how to attach a new cushion to your headset.
To remove and replace the headband cushion:
- Turn the headset upside down and hold open the headband
Tip: If available, have another person hold open the headband - Peel the cushion away from the headband
- Align the center of the new cushion to the center of the headband, then press firmly from the center to the edges of the cushion to fasten it.
