No power
If your product is connected to power but does not appear to be receiving power, try the following:
Replace the batteries.
Your product uses two 312 batteries: one for each hearing aid. These last about four days when used for about 14 hours a day. Remove the batteries from you product, then insert new batteries. Insert the new batteries with the sticker side (smooth side with a + marking) facing up.
Your product may need service.
