Intercom audio mixes with AUX audio instead of muting AUX audio when the headset is powered on
This is normal when the headset is first powered on. For the first 24 seconds after turning on (or 12 seconds when using battery power), the Audio Priority switch setting is ignored. Aux and and intercom audio are mixed during this period.
When your headset is powered on, it can take up to 24 seconds for the audio prioritization setting to take effect.
While your product is booting up, the Audio Priority switch on your headset control module does not take effect for 24 seconds on aircraft power or 12 seconds on battery power. During this time, auxiliary audio is mixed with intercom audio and, after this time, 3 seconds of intercom silence needs to occurs before the switch setting becomes active.
