Returns and exchanges

Try your Bose product at home for 90 days, risk free. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you have a problem or are not happy with any Bose product that you have purchased, please call us or send us an email. Either way, we can help to work through any issues you may have with your purchase.

If you feel the product just isn't right for you, you can always return your product directly to Bose within 90 days:

  • To return or exchange a product, simply call us to arrange your return directly to Bose. We’ll then send you an email confirmation with a link to print a UPS return label. Next, you can schedule a collection with UPS or take the parcel to your nearest UPS Access Point
  • Only items that have been purchased directly online or by phone from Bose can be returned to or exchanged with Bose. Products must be returned in the original box. If you purchased your product at a Bose store, please return it there. Unfortunately, Bose stores cannot accept returns of products purchased online or by phone
  • Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed and your refund will be issued. The full process shouldn’t take more than two weeks
  • Please note that depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2–10 working days for the credit to show in your account

Our policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights. The easiest way to exercise the right of withdrawal and return your goods is to contact us. You may also use this model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
