Getting the proper conformance (video included)
When you wear the headphones properly, they provide the comfort and clarity you expect from Bose®. The StayHear® silicone tips are designed to rest comfortably in the bowl of your ear, while also naturally conforming to the ear's upper ridge.
To conform the headphones to your ears, follow these steps:
Tilt the earpiece forwards so the earpiece lines up with your ear canal
Insert the earpiece into the canal just enough for the earpiece to rest lightly against your ear
Tilt the earpiece back and press the tip wing under the ear ridge until it is secure
