It appears that my system is turned on but there is no sound. What steps can I take to fix that?
- Acoustic Wave® system II
- Make sure nothing is plugged into the system’s headphone jack. Such a connection will mute the speakers
- Try another audio source. The problem you’re experiencing could be caused by the audio source, such as FM radio or a CD
- Try a reset. Turn off your system and unplug from power for 60 second. Once reconnected to power, see if you are experiencing the same issue
