Product not working after exposure to water

If your product is not functioning properly after getting wet, view the following:

Remove water from the earbuds

If water gets inside the earbuds, the sound can get muffled. To remove excess water:
 
  1. Firmly hold the earhook with the L (left)/R (right) marking facing up.


     
  2. Shake the earbuds to remove any excess water.
