Serial number location
Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).
Date of manufacture location:
The serial number is found on the original box or on the product registration card that came in the original box.
The DOM (Date of Manufacture) code is found on the left earbud below the letter L. It is a combination of letters and numbers.
