Serial number location

Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).

QC3 serial number locations.

Three parts of the QC3 product have stickers with different serial numbers:

1. Headphones—the sticker is located on a label inside the battery compartment (inside the right earcup). The rechargeable battery must be removed to make the sticker visible
2. Battery charger—the sticker is located below the product label on the front of the charger
3. Rechargeable battery—the sticker is located on the outer shell of the battery, above the CE mark
