Viewing radio station information on the system display

RDS (Radio Data System) provides information about the content playing on the radio station you are listening to (i.e. artist and song name). You can enable or disable this info on your system display and, when enabled, choose which info appears.

Adjust the station information feature on your system.

Turn on or off station information

  1. On the remote control, press and hold Alarm Setup (Menu) until -SETUP MENU- appears on the system display
  2. Press Tune/MP3 > repeatedly until -RADIO TEXT- appears
  3. Press Time – or Time + to select ON or OFF
  4. Press Alarm Setup (Menu) or wait 10 seconds to exit the menu

Select the information to show

When station information is enabled, you can press the Play Mode button on the remote to select one of three ways to display information:
  • Station name (default setting)
  • Current program content
  • Program type
