Sound does not match the input source

If the sound coming from your system does not accompany the video on your TV, try the following: 

 

Be sure the correct input is selected on the TV.

On your TV, scroll through the inputs and select the one to which your system is connected. (Tip: The TV or TV remote control might have an Input or Source button to access the TV input menu.)

Be sure that the source was appropriately labled during the setup process.

Be sure the source that is being selected matches the label that was choosen during set up. For information on attaching other audio sources, see Connecting other devices to your system.

The Acoustimass Module and Control Console may need service.

If the steps provided do not resolve your issue, the Acoustimass Module and Control Console may need service. Follow the link below for more information on how to service the Acoustimass Module and Control Console.
