Yes. Bose Sport Open Earbuds are designed for both comfort and stability. They stay securely in place during movement while remaining comfortable enough for extended wear, making them a great choice for workouts and active lifestyles.
Supported devices include any Bluetooth-enabled phone, tablet or computer.
Pairing steps:
Place both earbuds in the charging case and open the lid.
Press and hold the case Bluetooth button until the LED blinks blue.
On your device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and select “Bose Sport Open Earbuds.”
Confirm pairing, then start audio playback
You can also use the Bose app for guided setup and additional features.
Volume can be controlled on your source device or on the product itself. Each earbud has a button on the top of the barrel. It allows you to control audio (play, pause, next, previous, volume and shortcut) and calls (accept, decline, end). Press, then press and hold the button to trigger volume control. This function is a short press followed by a long press. When performed on the left earbud, the volume will slowly turn down as you hold the second press. When performed on the right earbud, the volume will slowly turn up as you hold the second press. Release when you have reached the desired volume.
Yes. Bose Sport Open Earbuds are designed to deliver clear voice pickup for phone calls. They help isolate your voice so others on the phone can hear you clearly while you are on the move.
Bose Sport Open Earbuds provide:
- Up to 7 hours of playback on a single charge with standard streaming (3.9 hours with Auto Volume)
- Up to 29 hours total with the charging case (18.6 hours with Auto Volume)
- A 10-minute charge can provide up to 1.8 hours of additional play time.³
- When earbuds are idle in the charging case, battery lasts for 16 hours.
When you remove the earbuds from the charging case, and when you replace the buds to be charged, close the case to help preserve the battery life and keep the case free of debris.
Bose Sport Open Earbuds are designed to direct sound towards your ear while minimising sound leakage. In most environments and at normal listening levels, people around you will hear little to nothing. At very high volumes in quiet environments, some sound may be noticeable if someone is very close.

Yes. The Bose Sport Open Earbuds are uniquely designed to attach to a part of the ear that does not interfere with most glasses, hats and piercings. The magnets that help the earbuds attach to their charging case may occasionally stick slightly to jewellery made of ferromagnetic metals like nickel; this is not damaging to the earbuds or the jewellery but if bothersome can be avoided by slightly sliding the earbud up or down the ear, away from the jewellery.

Great product
I bought these recently and have found them really good. The sound is excellent and when combined with the Bose app you can customise your sound. I find them great when on the turbo trainer as you can enjoy the music and hear everything around you also great when towelling off they stay in place

Perfect sports headphones
Really please with these little beauties. Clip comfortably onto the ear but still allow wearing glasses or sunglasses. Really good sound though these aren’t noise cancelling which I prefer when running, at least I can hear trouble in advance! Very easy to set up and charge in a small and compact case. I even use them for commuting as I can still hear train announcements. The sound is really clear and good bass. Simple button clicks control the usual volume, forwarding, pause and start, etc. The sound and button shortcuts can be adjusted in the Bose app. In short, love them!

Amazing - great fit and quality
Love these earbuds. Before I put them on, I wasn’t sure how they would stay on the ears but I was so pleasantly surprised. They just sit perfectly and solidly.
I love outdoors - walking, running are my regular activities. I’m so glad I have got these as I struggled to find ones that fit so well.
Sounds really good but you are still aware of your surroundings. Great to be able to adjust the bass.
I like the controls on the buds, they are easy to remember and help when I run.
Overall very pleased with them.

Love these for running
I've had these earbuds for just over 10 days now. On opening I was instantly impressed with the quality. The case is very compact and opens and closes nicely, the earbuds also sit well in the case. I've not tried this style of earbuds before and was really pleased with how comfortable they are. They are very easy to wear and sit perfectly on my ears, they do not move at all so are great for running. The bluetooth connection is excellent. I've mainly used them connected to my phone via the Bose App as you can check on battery levels there for the earbuds and charging case and adjust the settings, etc. It also contains a useful guide to using the earbuds. They also connect well via bluetooth to an old MP3 device.
The buttons on the top of the earbuds work well for turning them on and off, skipping a tune and also answering and ending calls. The only minor issue I had with the buttons was adjusting the volume which was a bit fiddly, I've found this easier to adjust via the App instead which is no bother.
I've been using the earbuds mainly for beach and woodland runs, particularly at the beach it can get quite windy so I run with a headband and the earbuds still fit nicely under this. The sound quality is very good and I've found them very easy to use.

amazing sound quality, great design!
I've been using the Sport Open Earbuds for a while now, and I am surprised by the quality and fit of this product. The sound is great, and the design sleek and clean, I don't even notice I'm wearing any headphones. I initially got them for my long runs but I have been wearing them around the house as well. Compared to other sport headphones, these allow me to wear (sun)glasses and don't move an inch, but I still feel safe on the road. The charging case is also very small and charge my earbuds very quickly. Within a couple of minutes, I'm ready to go again!
These have truly surprised me so far!
